Scam alert! I bought my son a month gift card and they’ve been charging my card every month since and I just saw the charges. I called and they said you have to cancel online. I go online and they can’t find my account BECAUSE I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IT!

I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I paid the one-time $4 fee for the towel program, which is supposed to provide a towel to dry off your vehicle after a wash. When I went inside to get a towel, there weren’t any available. I asked an employee, and instead of giving me one, I was told it was their policy that you’re supposed to keep your towel and exchange it for a clean one each time you visit. The problem is that when I signed up for the towel program, no one ever explained that policy to me. To make it even more confusing, every other location I’ve visited has clean and dirty towel bins where customers simply grab a clean towel and return the used one. Because of that, I had no reason to think I was supposed to keep my original towel. The only solution I was offered was to drive back to the original location where I purchased my membership to get a towel. Since that wasn’t practical, I left without being able to dry off my car, even though I had already paid for the towel program. If this location has a different policy, customers should be informed when they sign up. Better yet, all locations should follow the same process so members know what to expect

This is just the back of my car the rest of my car looks the same just smeared across my glass or paint. Dirt just still everywhere even the undercarriage is still dirty. To much money for absolutely horrible service. Also the employee was just rude and I was on the phone and just saying the wash I wanted and kept trying to offer me something else and a membership and I kept saying no and who I was speaking with was asking what was going on. It shouldn't be hard to take someones card after they tell you what they want and trying to overtalk and be disrespectful and not listen to me as a customer. When someone respectfully declines something dont keep trying almost 9 more times and waste their time. I will be taking my money else where even though this is close to me but clearly not worth it.

All I need to say is wow. Thank you! First time car washer and I almost even wrecked my car! The guys were SOOO nice! They even got me off my rims so I didn’t scuff them! Next time I come I won’t be so nervous! Thank you for helping a first timer!! If you like being treated the RIGHT way I would recommend you come here over everywhere else!

The picture speaks for itself. Tried calling to let them know and it’s a line that just rings and then nothing. That was 22.00 worth of cleaning, my hose alone would have done a better job. The rest of the car looked great. Big fat NO on any membership there.
